30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on items within 30 days of your order delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
• Be free from damage or excessive wear
• Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Starting a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@happyfeathers.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details about the item you would like to return, and a photo of the products in its original condition so we can review your request.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide details for shipping your item back to our return address.

Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

As soon as you receive your order, please inspect the item(s).

Please contact us at info@happyfeathers.ca within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged during transit, defective, or you received the wrong product. Please provide your order number along with photos of the affected product and its packaging so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and quality reasons, perishable products cannot be returned.

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, you can return your eligible item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
